Air Conditioner Maintenance Is important
The importance of preventative maintenance on your air conditioner system is to ensure that you keep your system up and running all season long at top efficiency. Your AC system is important and an expensive system in your home, it’s important to ensure it’s taken care of properly.

1. Pay Attention
It’s important to pay attention to any unusual noise like rattling, grinding, or buzzing with your system – all of which could mean there’s a problem somewhere in AC System. Also pay attention to possible issues like spotty heating or cooling or weak airflow. The sooner you address any issue which may arise the less damage it can do overall.

2. Schedule Annual Maintenance

4. Clean The Vents
Vacuuming and cleaning your vents helps to keep dust and dirt from building up and obstructing airflow. 5. Clean the Outside Unit
Don’t forget about your outside unit. It is just as important as the indoor unit and needs to be regularly cleaned also. Check your outside unit for any leaves or debris, and make sure you cut back plants and shrubs by at least three feet. Wipe down the inside and outside of the unit to get rid of dirt. Take your water hose and and with a gentle spray wash down the coils of the unit. This will help your unit breath and run more efficient.
